Can anyone tell where this silver case is from?

I cant identify the hallmark, never seen anything like it. Kind of looks arabic!

Unfortunatly i cannot take a picture of the actuall hallmark, my camera wont make it out clearly,

Hopefully someone will be able to tell from the design / pattern on the top

the decoration on it is Mesopotamian / assyrian. The messopotamian empire was a lot like the egyptian, but with several differences in their artwork.

I have a silver cigarette case and I just wanted to know how do you put a photo on a cigarette case.

tape it... lol or take it to a photography store and ask them to personalize it with the picture you choose..

Its gold inside and has imprints on it.
Inside a diamond shape there reads: "W.W.L" and a small circle in the corner. Then next to that there is an Anchor, then a lion then the letter B. I was just wondering if anyone knows about it and when it was made. Thanks for your time.

The marks tell you what it is made of, when it was made and where the assay office was that assayed the metal.

I'm referring to the nice looking silver cases you can buy in cigar shops.
I wear a lot of tight fitting cloths and often I dont like to carry a purse. I figure the case will work well in a pocket and not look to trashy if I do not have a pocket and want to carry my cigarettes in my hand.
I'm 21 and am old enough to make my own decisions, I dont need health advice from others.

yes i have one of those cases and it holds 12 cigarettes and yes they are the king size

I have a 950 silver cigarette case in good condition, any idea what it might be worth? What just the silver in it is worth?

95% of the 9999 (four 9's) price. (950 silver means 95.0% silver)
additionally minus a dealer discount (depends on the dealer)

As 9999 silver there will be a deduction for the cost of extracting the silver from the base metal at a refining facility.

Antique - ish (1935) silver cigarette case. hallmarked with a gilt inlay.
I am thinking of putting it on ebay
Would a collector prefer to buy it as it is, in it's current condition (tarnished) or would it be better to clean it up and make it look more presentable?

Tarnished is good!
Lightly clean with a dry cloth to remove dust but nothing more.
