i don't know what an e-cartridge is...?
ummm, you could get this thing called a "dugout" though. it looks like a wooden pack of cigs, and you have weed inside it and this one hitter (that looks like a cigarette) comes up with a bowl loaded.

I have been researching several different brands. SmokingEverywhere.com seems to be the best, but they are the most expensive. Njoy.com has the best price for quality, but the ones that actually look like cigarettes have VERY expensive cartridges. I'm not sure if I am over looking any good brands. Anyone have any experience with them? Thanks!!!

As far as the cartridges looking a bit expensive. I smoke a mini (looks like a real cig) and I love it. There are ways around the expense and once you get your first kit, you will find that they aren't that expensive at all. One thing you can do, and this is what I do, is drip e-liquid. To do this, you will purchase a few cartridges and then a bottle of e-liquid (just the solution). You can then refill your cartridges. It saves quite a bit of money. You will take 2-3 drops and put it onto the nicotine pad and then smoke. Each time you smoke you can do this. It will give you strong vapor each time AND allows you to change up your flavor if you wish.
I want to be able to buy an affordable one where the cartridges are easy to buy but one that looks like a cigarette too!
I really can't recommend any because I have never tried them but i know that dealextreme.com has them really cheap with free shipping and reviews.
