I know you can actually purchase the cigar labels, but they are small in size and I would like to have them larger to frame.
Here you go:

http://www.art.com/asp/sp-asp/_/pd--10016762/Cigar_Label_Collection_No_12.htm
Alternatively, you can purchase the labels, scan them at a high resolution (say 600 dpi), scale them to the size you want and print them at a digital printer's.
Hope this helps.
The art of stone lithography used to create cigar labels
I have a book of cigar labels, obviously old and beautiful pictures the only name on most is Heppenheimer & Maurer
22 & 24 William St New york . I am trying to find out more about the history of this book and where I might go to look at simular books,
Min Ron Nee's (a person) encyclopedia of post-revolutionary cuban cigars is the bible of Cuban cigar lovers. Amazon.com was selling this book. They run about $80-95 a piece. If not a Amazon.com, just google Min Ron Nee.
I have about 200 cigar labels that I have collected over the years and was wondering if anybody had any neat projects they have done with them or any ideas on what I can use them for...
SAVE THEM!
Some are valuable when in perfect condition! ESPECIALLY Cubans from the 40's and 50's!
(before the whole Michael Corleone/Hyman Roth incident...) *smiles and winks!*
My best suggestion would be to preserve them in an non invasive way... do not stick them to anything or use any kind of permanent adhesive.
a scrap book maybe? or pressed against reflective glass backed by acid free paper.
OK, I"ve grown my tabacco, it's drying, and going to be curing pretty soon. I'm planning on rolling some cigars with it. ANyone know of some blank labels I can print on that would work for a custom band? Maybe a company that would print some pretty cheap. I'd rather make my own, but I'm having trouble coming up with ideas on how to do it. Any ideas?
How many do you need? I can make them for you.
I made them once before for a promotion for a company, they wanted to use their logo on the cigar.
I can help...shoot me an email.

Do you know where to buy the cigar labels? Please this is really important information i need to know! We have been searching for these labels for years if you know anything please let me know. Thanks!
thanks for the answers! but i have already been to those websites im actually really looking for places where they sell them.
If you are sneaking cuban cigars over from another country and just have the cigars in your pocket with the labels off how can they catch you? How would they know its a cuban cigar and what is the penalty for being caught?
To answer an earlier question from another poster yes Cuban Cigars are illegal (until Castro dies) from anywhere. It would be kind of pointless to have an embargo against a country if we allowed them to trans ship to the US through 3rd parties.
To answer this question, all items coming to the US must have country of origin labels on them. If your cigars don't have them we could technically take them. The fact is though we really don't care that much. We are not going out looking for Cuban Cigars, we just have to take them if we find them. Even then it is a little iffy. If we have a line in secondary of good targets, we could care less about your four Cuban cigars.
The penalty if we decide to seize them is we take them and cut them up and you go on your way, no big deal.
By the way, most of the "Cuban" Cigars we see coming through are not actually Cubans. There are a lot of people taking advantage of the embargo and selling some poor quality cigars, We can tell when we break them and they are the driest crap you can imagine.
