actually i'm a b2 visa holder if i get a job i would like to stay here provided i get work permit. how to get that
You'd have to first find a position that requires someone with a college degree or preferably a graduate degree and some work related experience, then convince your employer to petition your for an H-1B visa. The reason for the college degree and work experience is because your employer has to show that the position you applied for cannot be filled by a US citizen or resident and he has to hire someone qualified from overseas. I recommend you first find a job position or an employer, then consult an immigration lawyer on how to proceed.
In my opinion the hardest part is getting the employer to petition you because it can become such a hassle. However, if the employer is a relative large company or has a lot of foreign workers then it should be well versed in the H1B petition process.

We are on B2 visitor visa for 6 month just arrived in USA now my wife is pregnent of 3 months what possibility of getting medical care ?if so then how to proceed for that ? , as well which citizenship will the baby gona get ? and will we will be able to take our kid with us overseas after she will give a birth to baby, as she dosenot feel comfortable with traveling now,
Chirag, I hope you have come to the US with a good travel medical insurance.
You and your wife are visitors and are responsible for your own health care.
You should make contact with a health-care facility as soon as possible and find out what arrangements are necessary.
If the baby is born in the USA, he will have US citizenship.
A birth certificate is considered evidence of citizenship in the USA.
And of course you can travel overseas with your own child.
I have many of the symptoms of b2(riboflavin) deficiency, but every time I take riboflavin I feel sick to my stomach, almost vomit. It is non-toxic and I'm not even taking very much. I do usually take b1(thiamine) with it.... Has anyone else ever felt severe nausea from taking vitamin b2?
Taking B vitamins without food will definitely make you feel very ill .......... vitamin B2 works best with vitamin B6, B3 and vitamin C ........... don't take any of the B complex of vitamins individually but rather as a whole complex as they do work best together ......... so get a multi B containing all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc..... eat more foods rich in vitamin C too ie ~ leafy and green vegies, citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, tomatoes and potatoes.
or simply eat more foods rich in B2 ~fish, leafy gren vegies, eggs, beans, liver & kidneys ♥
Please also ensure that whichever supplement you decide to buy doesn't contain any lactose, wheat, yeast, gluten, preservatives or flavorings, sugar or yeast as none of these have any place in a good quality supplement anyways and if you are intolerant to any one of them it will cause digestive upsets.
hope this helps a bit
cheers

I have a 7 month old baby. we felt in the habit of her sleeping while breast feeding, She has b2 naps a day and she won't sleep unless she is eating. at night is the same story. Today I tried to put her to bed after feeding, she kept trying to stand up in her crib. i put her down a bunch of times, we did this for half an hour until she started crying like crazy, finally I gave her a bit more milk and with in 5 min she was asleep. PLEASE help me how can I change this?????
Sleeping while breastfeeding is totally normal. Your baby feels good, her tummy's full, and the person she loves most in the world (Hello, that's you! ) is holding her. When she falls asleep while you're nursing, just jiggle her a little to wake her up. Believe this, these are the best bonding times with your child you'll ever have. Don't throw them away. Before you know it, she'll be independant and it will break your heart. Enjoy what you have while you have it! God bless!
i feel alright now and my problem is when should I have my regular check-ups. How many times in 5 years recovery period ?
I am writing this from a great resource that I have found, the book is titled "Be a Survivor, Your guide to Breast Cancer Treatment" by Vladimir Lange MD
This is what he writes in response to your question:
"Even after the most complete treatment, there's always a chance that cancer will recur, Most recurrences happen two or three years after surgery. The longer you go without a recurrence, the greater are you chances of remaining free of disease. But you can never say that the cancer has been completely cured.
Because of this possibility, you need regular follow -up visits with a healthcare professional. It could be your family physician, your oncologist, or your breast surgeon. What's important is to have a single person in charge of the follow-up care. Usually you'll be seen as often as every few weeks immediately after treatment, and perhaps only every sex months later on. There is no right schedule. Eventually, you will probably be down to a single annual visit."
I have a FELT B2 carbon time trial bike, with carbon seat post, it has developed a bad creaking noise where the seat post goes into the frame. There are NO cracks in the frame or seat post ,Have tightened all fixing bolts but does not solve the problem, bike shop advises that I must not use a lubricant on carbon. any suggestions on how to solve this noise. Bike only has 1 300 kilometres on it. (6months old)
Hi Lise,
I am happy to help. Strangely enough I had a very sinilar issue as I was developing a carbon frame for a British customer. Let me explain what I think is the problem...
First, you are right, NEVER use a lubricant in or on any carbon parts.
In the seat tube, right at the clamp there is a metal sleeve that is bonded into the frame. You could consider this a reinforcement since as a rule carbon fiber doesn't like to compress (such as when you tighten the binder clamp over the frame). Anyway, this sleeve extends down past the bottom of the top tube inside the frame so the top of the seat tube doesn't crack off. Sometimes, especially if the seat post has been adjusted several times or if the binder was overtightened, this sleeve gets loose. when the bond between it and the frame fails. Is it dangerous? Not necessarily. Is it a hassle? Yes, if you dislike the creaking and if you have problems keeping the seat post up (which is when it may become dangerous.
Solution? Purchase a torque wrench, back the binder all the way out, then torque the bolt to recommended specs for the frame.
