I personally think it is too masculine especially when I see them riding a guy's bicycle!! GROSS!!!
Anna V, yeah, its like the older women''s bikes were more feminine but today it seems like the adults bikes for women are more masculine, atleast out of the ones I see the women riding on nowadays
i think its hot ;)
why does it bother you?

We don't have a car and we have two parking spots so we put two bicycles in them. Today my landlord said it looks "tacky" and we need to move them. I feel I should be able to put them there. Does he have a legal right to say I can't? Each apartment comes with two parking spots.
read the lease if silent then the landlord can do nothing, he/she can not add terms condition during the lease

I'm interested in finding an engine that will fit on my pedal bicycle. I'm lazy, don't feel like pedaling any more.
There are some battery powered bikes, where a battery will help the advance of the bike, but it is not an engine !! In other terms, you still have to pedal....
Otherwise, you can always buy a small scooter with a 50 cc engine. but you will have to stop at the red lights and won't be able to use the pedestrian pathways.
Your choice!!!
Have you ever noticed that? I always feel like I'm gonna hit them when they ride their bike in the road!
I am talking about a bicycle that you pedal with two legs.... not a motorized bike!!!! So its illegal to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk????
Yes, it's illegal to ride a bike on the sidewalk in most areas. But there's two other main reasons why a cyclist prefers riding on the side of the street:
* They can go as fast as they want. On the sidewalk, the cyclist's speed is hampered greatly due to pedestrians, intersecting driveways, and other obstacles.
* If the cyclist is on the sidewalk, and gets to an intersection, he or she almost always stop and then look both ways for traffic. On the road, the cyclist can travel more fluidly and proceed through the intersection immediately, assuming there isn't a red traffic light or stop sign.
That's wheely funny!
