I want to try and make her some toys with felt fabric I have, but want to make sure it won't harm her if she eats it.

She could get impaction. Better to stick with rawhide, untreated leather, hardwood, and metal.

I want to sew something, and i need some felt, but i'm told that felt is very expensive. Are there any good places in San Francisco where i can purchase cheap felt? Can anyone who is from and/or lives in SF help me out?

I want to put felt appliques onto a few of my shirts, but I know that felt can bleed or shrink. Is there a type of felt/a way to sew on felt that won't make it do that?

I would pre-wash the felt before using it. This way you can test if they bleed or not. Also, many fabric shrink a little, not just felt. Therefore, it is advice to pre-wash the fabric before working on it.

When you wash the felt, put it in a laundry bag of appropriate size, before putting into the washing machine. Don't put it in the dryer. And these rules are for both before working on and after working on the felt.

For felt on shirts already, turn the shirt inside out, before putting in the laundry bag.

Daiso at Plaza Singapura, Vivo & IMM sells them for $2 but in small sizes.
or maybe you can head down to Spotlight at Plaza Singapura, they do sell alot of handicrafts & fabric materials over there..

No. The felt from the store will keep stretching. You need a wool felt.
