I want to get my friend's Dunhill lighter repaired for Christmas. The closest Dunhill authorized service center is in NSW, but I'd prefer to take it to a jeweler or watch repair shop somewhere close to Melbourne. They don't have to be Dunhill authorized -- just reputable and reliable.

I would just try those places in the malls - you know does key cutting and watch repairs, among heaps of other repairs on things... and if they can't or won't do it, they'll put you onto someone nearby who can.

I would ask at your nearest tobacco station in the malls, they will either fix them or know who will.
Also ask at the key & watch places in the malls, such as Mr Minute etc.
