Mom quit smoking, and while helping her clean up, we found at least 2 dozen used lighters, some almost drained, some almost full. No one in our house smokes, and I don't know anyone that does. Should I turn them over to the police or something?

You should save the lighters and place them in an emergency kit and your car. These could prove to be life savers in an emergency.

I really want to get a zippo lighter. I am 14, I dont smoke, but I like to do lighter tricks and burn stuff. How old do you have to be , and what stores can you buy zippo lighters at?

Not sure but it is probably 18 as people under this age are not allowed to purchase cigarettes or anything assosciated with them.

Your best bet would probably be Ebay, the auction site.
Just be careful though. People have been ripped off using Ebay.
