I have a black crackle zippo that retains about 95% of the original crackle paint on it. It also has some coins of the era glued on. today i noticed it also had zippo stamped onto the lid. I am a novice collector of zippos so dont give me any BS about it being junk or worthless
Review for the Matte Black Zippo I worked it out £21.05 is approx $35 (£21.95 is how much the Zippo cost me)

I have seen stuff on ebay but I don't want to hold 50 or 90 lighters and they are all brown wood. Where could I find one? I don't have the time or tools to physically make one right now.
i would try www.usadisplay.net/lighter.htm
they have all sorts of zippo display cases.
i have an old zippo lighter, its a black with an image of a puma in gold, with the words "ASF Odiham" and underneath the puma head it says chinook puma, i want to know how much they're worth if anything, whether they're still in print, or just a plain image of it.
I am not a lighter expert, but i would suggest you contact the company..they, if anyone would know what its worth.here are some ways you can contact sales representatives:

Black matte is dull - no shine
I have a zippo lighter that I have had for about a year, and the wick is getting black flint dust on it causing the lighter not to light. What should I do?
My dad has had a Zippo lighter for EVER!! It doesnt sound like the wick is the problem. Dad's has been black like that for as long as I remember. We are all so used to disposable lighters, I'm wondering if maybe your flint has run out and you dont realize it. The flint is a little red "peg" that sits under the wheel. I know you can buy the flint at most stores, but I bet someone in a liquor store could even help you replace it.
And I think that Zippo lighters have a lifetime guarantee. If you just CANT make it work, get ahold of them and tell them it wont light.
Good Luck!! Kim in So Cal
